Blacstur Beauty is expanding! We’re on the lookout for a skilled and passionate Wax & Lash Technician to join our growing team. If you’re someone who takes pride in precision, cleanliness, and enhancing client beauty with a gentle touch — we want to meet you!

You’ll be working in a supportive, modern studio environment with clients who love beauty just as much as you do.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert lash services, including:
    • Classic, Hybrid & Volume Lash Extensions
    • Lash Lifts & Tints
  • Deliver waxing services such as:
    • Full Body Waxing (legs, arms, back, etc.)
    • Intimate Waxing (Hollywood/Brazilian)
    • Facial Waxing (eyebrows, lip, chin)
  • Conduct client consultations and recommend appropriate treatments
  • Maintain a clean, hygienic, and professional workspace at all times
  • Ensure clients are well-informed about aftercare and maintenance
  • Upsell additional services or products where applicable
  • Manage time efficiently between appointments

Requirements

  • Certified in Lash Extensions and Waxing (from an accredited training provider)
  • Minimum 6 months experience 
  • Deep knowledge of lash styles, waxing safety, and skin care basics
  • Attention to detail and a strong commitment to hygiene
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and professional appearance
  • Punctual, trustworthy, and eager to grow with our brand

Bonus Skills: Experience in brows, nails, or skincare services is a plus!
